"I have had an appalling experience with Pert & Malim during my house move. Despite being the client paying their fees, it felt as though the firm was working for every other party in the chain except me. The service was riddled with basic administrative errors and a total lack of attention to detail. Major legal disclosures—including a full house rewire and a new roof—were completely left off the information forms. When I raised these serious concerns, they were dismissed as 'something and nothing.' It is deeply concerning that a law firm would show such indifference toward ensuring a property is legally sound and accurately documented. To make matters worse, when challenged on these failings and the lack of urgency, the firm used a bereavement from five years ago as an excuse for their current incompetence. This is unprofessional, dismissive, and entirely unacceptable. If you want a solicitor who will actually advocate for you and protect your interests, do not use this firm."
