Me & my partner have dealt with numerous local solicitors over the last couple of years. I was a little hesitant at first going with Hewitts as they were recommended by the miller homes development as I prefer to use someone who I’ve dealt with previous. I am so happy that I decided to take a chance as Hewitts where first class throughout. Honestly I couldn’t recommend you enough to anyone. We will not use any other solicitors from now on. Exceptional service throughout.
From direct contact with a simple phone call no automated service or on hold etc, the new build team where fantastic.

Great service - highly recommended
We had a great experience with Hewitts solicitors in the process of buying a new build.
The team is knowledgeable and very professional.
They also answered our questions in a matter of hours and clarified all the questions we had.

Great service.
Kelly and the team dealt with the part-ex of our old property, including redemption of the help to buy loan which we had on it, and the purchase of a new-build property. During the part-ex process it was identified there was a problem with our original plans overlapping with the neighbours. Kelly and the team sorted this all out very swiftly and worked very fast to meet deadlines. I'm sure there was a lot of work involved but they acted very quickly to ensure we could still complete on the agreed date with the developer. Kelly was always very pleasant and helpful on the few occasions I needed to speak with her on the phone.

New build
Had no experience with Solicitors at all before purchasing a new build property and I feel they were used to dealing with people who were a bit more aware of what was expected in the legal sense but they cleared up any questions and went into further detail when asked in a timely manner so it wasn't an issue. Anyone I spoke to in person at the office or on the phone was friendly and approachable and reassuring about any concerns I had so I was quite happy overall with everything.

Exeptional
The service we received from Hewitt's in assisting our house move was exceptional, keeping us up to date and answering any questions we had. Right up to the day of the move, which could have been delayed if it wasn't for Hewitt's.
