Brilliant adaptation for a neurodivergent first-time buyer!
We recently used this firm to buy a new build as first time buyers. The process felt incredibly overwhelming and we initially struggled with the heavy use of legal jargon but our direct solicitors Kelly and Jannine were great. They provided excellent, timely and consistent communication throughout, between both me and my partner. After sharing that I am neurodivergent and require clear and concise information in layman's terms, our team did an amazing job at adapting their communication to breakdown complex steps clearly, all while keeping a friendly and approachable tone.
