Having completed my training contract with Hibberts I qualified as a solicitor in 2008. For several years I undertook a mixed caseload of employment, wills & probate & criminal work. For the last 10 years I have specialised solely in employment law and I head up our employment department, based in Crewe. I undertake a generalist employment practice acting on behalf of both claimants & respondents/employees and employers from Cheshire, Shropshire & further afield. Whilst I enjoy all aspects of employment law particular areas of interest are TUPE and restrictive covenants. I also enjoy the variety of advising employees upon settlement agreements, something which is a regular part of my practice. The employment department prides itself upon the professional and practice advice that we provide to clients seeking to demystify employment law and 'keep things simple'. We receive consistently high feedback scores from clients and the majority of our work comes from returning clients, recommendations and referrals. I became a Partner of the Firm in 2014.

Excellent, professional and friendly
Camille, is an excellent Solicitor she promptly and professionally gave great advice and recommendations breaking legal terminology down to meaningful bite-size pieces of information that I would understand. I would highly recommend Camille and we’ll certainly be using her again in the future. Should I need a solicitor.

Excellent service

Separation Agreement Feedback
Camille Renaudon guided me through a personally challenging discussion with my (long standing) employer. Having held very senior positions for a number of years, delivering outstanding results my employer decided to make a change to my employment status and the treatment that I was receiving was below expectations. Within 10 days Camille and her team re-aligned the companies behaviour, re-aligned the settlement agreement, maintained a professional relationship with everybody involved and made me feel confident to progress through to a mutually acceptable conclusion.
