Outstanding as usual
Patsy was outstanding as usual not just with her feedback to me but also to the selling agent. Difficult sale but Patsy remained completely focused and professional throughout. Followed her from Laceys whom we have used for many years, so pleased we did! Will add a thank you to the receptionists and to Kerry Winnard for their professional service and importantly good humour!
