All the work of the team handling my case, inclusive of the partner, solicitor and paralegal were extremely professional: all were highly competent and understanding during a time of stress from personal loss. My case was aligned to solicitor Sophie Martin, and paralegal Elly Wooldridge: both of whom were proactive and concise: whenever I had a question, they answered it promptly and with clarity. Sophie explained what documents and forms would be sent to me and then within a very quick space of time, Elly would send them and explain the next action item. Everything was very organized and smoothly processed.
