We just wanted to highlight how exceptional our experience was with the team at Thackray Williams in Bromley. We wanted to specifically give thanks to Claudia, Melanie and Lee-Ann for a prompt and efficient service throughout!
Claudia and Melanie were always on hand to answer any of our queries, keep on top of the conveyancing process, and ensure all deadlines were met - despite delays from other parties. They were extremely professional, polite and patient with us, and we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if we were to move property (and will also be recommending their services to friends and family).
Lee-Ann helped us organise our wills, and arranged an in depth face to face meeting with us, as this was something we felt was important. We didn’t ever feel rushed, she offered some great advice & answered any questions or concerns we had with professionalism.
Overall, it has been a pleasure from start to finish, and we would highly recommend Thackray Williams.

Outstanding and personable service
Lee-Ann provided outstanding guidance and support to write a will and associated letter of wishes. She showed stellar knowledge, patience and kindness in helping me create the right set up for me and my family, as our circumstances aren’t that straightforward. Lee-Ann was absolutely charming, we felt totally at ease as there was lots to discuss and we had no knowledge of where to begin. The whole process was professionally dealt with and we felt in as much control as Lee-Ann was!

Excellent and professional service from Lee-Ann Diaz
I recently appointed Thackray WIlliams to help with matters concernng the sale of a property, a discretionary trust and the process of declaring inheritance tax.
I worked closely with a number of solicitors from Thackray Williams, and all were extremely helpful, efficient and very professional. Lee-Ann helped with the process of the inheritance tax declarations - I found Lee-Ann to be very helpful, giving great clarity to the process and what was required and always giving me clear and expedient updates. At no time were any of questions unanswered in a very professional and clear manner. I woud highly recommend Lee-Ann and the services of Thackray WIlliams.
