Inheritance situation
Following the death of my mother, there was a rather complicated set of circumstances surrounding her affairs. My wife and I found ourselves rather concerned and out of our depth regarding the technicalities. However, Alice set our minds at rest from the very first meeting we had with her. She managed to formulate an arrangement whereby we became the legal trustees of my mother's affairs, enabling us to move forward successfully.
