Diligent
Everything we needed doing was define in a swift and effective manner. Dealing with any issues or concerns was professional and courteous. This is the third move we have done through amphlettlissimore, our next will also be using this firm. Sheldon and Nigel Matthews have been diligent and all round excellent. Thank you doesn�t seem enough.

Would recommend
Sheldon was polite, professional, personable and reliable. He returned every email and phone call straight away, and when we needed to visit the office he never kept us waiting. After his move to West Wickam, he arranged that all the necessary paperwork was available at Crystal Palace, to save us the added journey. He made the usually stressful situation of selling a property incredibly stress free. I would recommend him to anyone.

One of our big anxieties when first looking to buy property was finding the right solicitors/ conveyancers, so we spent a lot of time researching and looking for recommendations of local firms. We saw great things about Amphlett Lissimore at 18944, so thought we'd reach out to see what our initial impressions were and what they would quote us. From the initial contact with Joe, through to calls with Sheldon, emails with Steph, and our regular email contacts with Nigel, the whole process has been seamless from their side - despite us having numerous issues crop up with the actual property purchase (through no fault of theirs!). Nigel has always been incredibly quick to respond, which has been a huge relief, and has answered what we felt were silly questions with kindness and wisdom, that has been very reassuring through some tricky and stressful moments. We couldn't have asked for a better experience with Amphlett Lissimore, and Nigel, and for this very reason we will be looking to speak with them about other services we need moving forwards, and would recommend them to others in a heartbeat.
