Estate Matters
From the moment I contacted SAS Daniels, I felt fully supported. My mother's will was relatively simple - share everything equally between the children. Unfortunately that involved sorting out how to ensure one of the children could remain in my mother's property (where he had been living for 15 years and, in later years, acting as her carer) when one of the other children obviously wanted to sell it and divide the proceeds, not worrying about making one person homeless in the process. It was finally agreed to buy out that person's share leaving the property in the hands of the remaining children. As the executor and beneficiary of the will, I wanted everything to be formally documented in a Settlement Agreement. Despite initial resistance, through a process of negotiation and support from SAS Daniels, the document was finally drafted, agreed and signed by all parties. It took nearly 12 months, but throughout everything I fully appreciated the professionalism, efficiency and consideration of everyone involved. I would definitely recommend SAS Daniels for any future legal matters.
