    Duty solicitor

    Nightmare of a firm to deal with constantly on the phone trying to speak to the solicitor looking after my case, never once got a call back was over an hour and a half late to my sentencing without letting me know. Told me he would write to me after sentencing to confirm the outcome and the police officers names, still waiting to hear back 3 months on. Laughable firm honestly never been advised in police interview to answer anything other than no comment, these advised me to give an account and was also advised no chance it crossed a custodial threshold and walked out of court with a suspended sentence without anything I told Mr Kilty being put before the court.
