I won with their help!

This review is for a different branch.

I was arrested doing my job! I was angry and felt betrayed the emergency services are supposed to work together. When I stopped off duty to a Road Traffic collision and requested the police I didn't expect to end up in a cell! I found DPP Law explained what had happened and they took my case and set to redress the wrong doing! I won and the police have paid out my custody record destroyed! DPP Law and Aidan Walley kept me up to date as the claim progressed. Can't fault them at all. that chapter has now closed and I can move forward knowing I have been vindicated in my actions of that day!

Iain is a great solicitor, he will assist you to the best of his abilities, and has no fear of taking on cases against the Police or government contractors. He calla a spade a spade and gives the best legal advice based on the merits of the case. He is very to the point and gives opinions based on how a Court may view certain aspects. He picked up my case against NES after one of there agents falsely imprisoned me and assaulted me. He quickly negotiated a substantial settlement out of Court and the funds arrived the next working day. He is the best Solicitor with the most integrity and efficiency I have ever dealt with. Was put through to a family law solicitor, an older woman... the most rude and horrible person! i was genuinely shocked with how i was spoken to, so much so i ended the call upset and in tears. i was asked what physical abuse i'd suffered and when i was detailing it i was constantly spoken over and interrupted with "you need proof". She huffed and puffed her way through the call, became very annoyed because my signal broke up (I heard her saying "this is abysmal). i addressed the issue and told her she was aggressive in how she spoke to me and she should be more conscious of that she is dealing with victims of domestic abuse. i informed her i felt i needed to go with another solicitor and she put the phone down on me. First time in my life speaking to a solicitor and it was a most horrible experience.
