Oliver Louden

Property Lawyer

A native of the Wharfe Valley, Oliver graduated from Northumbria University in 2009 and trained with another local firm, qualifying as a solicitor in 2015. Following periods of time working in Yeadon, Leeds and Harrogate, he joined Wilsons Ilkley Office in 2025 wishing to work locally again, collaboratively with Estate Agents and clients in the area, maintaining good business relationships. He specialises in purchases and sales of freehold property, priding himself in his client care and supporting clients throughout their transactions through his advice and effective communication and always acting in their best interests. He can also advise on leasehold sales and provide independent legal advice. Oliver also has experience mentoring and providing advice to other colleagues and those aspiring to qualify as solicitors. Outside work, he is a sports enthusiast, supporter of Leeds United and a previous Junior Captain at Otley Golf Club. He also has interests in food and wine and has undertaken wine exams through Yorkshire Wine School.
