Yes they have got the job done, but did feel I have had to chase them to get any results hence why only 3 star rating

I’ve typically never used a local solicitor for conveying but I wouldn’t hesitate to use Wilson’s again for that added personal touch I received from Julia & Libbie. Competitive pricing, knowledgeable and turned round my sale and purchase quickly, especially towards the end when there were issues caused by my Estate Agents not doing there job properly. Julia and Libbie were really supportive and stepped in to help get my sale over the line.Thankyou!

Would love to give 5 stars, should be giving 0 stars and settling on 1: • communication is AWFUL to non existent • Ive paid a fortune yet had to do the majority of the work myself, as yet im still not sure what they've done for the money • we are WELL past the completion date

Wilson’s handled the recent sale of my property, I thoroughly recommend this company, love the fact that even if the person you ask for is unavailable, the person who answered the call immediately helped you! If I could give zero stars, I would. Wilson’s Solicitors handled the purchase of my house and the experience was nothing short of a nightmare. I agreed to buy the property in early May, yet completion didn’t happen until the end of October – despite me being a cash buyer, with no chain, and the property standing empty. Even the estate agent, with 30 years in the industry, said it was the worst conveyancing process he had ever witnessed. Our solicitor, Lois Calder, was completely unprofessional and painfully slow. A simple final fee calculation was wrong three times – basic maths adding three numbers together! Not to mention she went on holiday the week before we were meant to complete without telling me. Now, 9 months later, I am still waiting for the deeds to my property and have had zero updates from Lois, despite chasing her directly. If you want a solicitor who is competent, communicative, and efficient, look elsewhere. I would never use Wilson’s Solicitors again and strongly advise others to avoid them.
