I’ve acquired John as a solicitor twice now for redundancy proceedings, and both times have had the stress of that situation wiped away by my communications with him. He is thorough, both very personable and professional, empathetic, and reassuring during what is inevitably a difficult time. In addition, I always found the staff on the main switchboard to be friendly and professional, which makes a huge difference.
