Excellent support
I spoke with John Webster at 9am and by 11am he was able to offer a meeting to discuss an urgent matter. He was friendly and explained everything in Plain English, making sure I understood everything as we ran through things. He was able to explain the next steps in a clear and concise matter, and followed things through exactly as he said he would.

Advice on raising a grievance and settlement agreement negotiation
John Webster at Fieldings Porter is not only a very experienced employment lawyer, he a consumate professional with an engaging manner; a really strong ally in what was inevitably a difficult time for me. Really professional and friendly service
I was put in touch with John after running into difficulties with my employer of 20 years.
From the very outset, John was really supportive, quick to take on board the situation and to keep on top of developments and importantly provide critical and realistic options for the different course of action open to us.
All this was done in a way that left me feeling really comfortable about the process and that I was in safe hands, and that I could bring all my thoughts and feelings to the table, knowing that John would take the emotion out of things and provide me with thoughtful and objective advice.
We managed to reach a good outcome with my former employer and I can move on now positively.
I would not hesitate in recommending John as an expert in his field, who can bring a calming and human element to what at times can be a very stressful process.
