It was a great pleasure working with Charlotte. I had few complications during the sell as few documents were missing to complete. Charlotte dealt effectively with a lease hold company and their solicitor, and prepared the set of all documents required. She followed up on everything timely and was always reachable to answer any questions.

Great Service - Highly Recommended
Charlotte Archer was professional, efficient and approachable throughout the new property purchase. All queries and matters were dealt with clearly and concisely over email. When needed to Charlotte would give me a ring back and would discuss any outstanding items I did not understand. Written communication was very easy to digest and overall would use again in the future and would recommend. Made the legals of a new property purchase an efficient process which I appreciated as a new client.

Quality Service
I retained Bishop & Sewell for a property transaction and cannot speak highly enough of the service I received. They were professional at all times, answered promptly to all my queries and explained issues very clearly. There were additional issues caused by the intransigence of the vendor but these were dealt with calmly and a way forward was found. Overall a first class service and good value for money.

Buying and Selling a Home
We used Charlotte Archer as our solicitor to sell our home and buy a new one. It was a very demanding time. Everyone was taking ages over everything due to the pandemic and high demand. Charlotte was very efficient and thorough. She went through every stage extremely quickly and put those around her to shame. When things became tricky for us she was considerate and responsive. We couldn’t possibly have been better served.

Great service
I would like to say we recieved a very good and professional service when buying our new house from the solicitors at Bishop and Sewell. It was during the lockdown and they still continued with the process to the best they could. We appreciate all thier help and services in the easy purchase of our new house.
