    Sale of Penthouse Maisonette Flat (NW3) - Leasehold & Share of Freehold

    Charlotte from Bishop & Sewell assisted me from start to finish in what turned out to be quite a complicated sale process! It's a clear buyer's market at the moment so sellers have to be thorough & in the detail, but also know when to stand their ground. There were a number of nuances to this sale that made it non-standard, and Charlotte was great in navigating us through it. Always on hand to give a calm & sensible view! I would certainly use again and would thoroughly recommend.

    A very positive experience!
