I used this firm for a house purchase based on a recommendation from the estate agent.
Nicole was efficient and competent. However, this firm was very expensive compared to the others I considered using, and for the price I would have expected better communication. Although I generally received prompt responses, her emails were not as clear as they could have been.
I appreciate that conveyancing solicitors have big workloads and that Nicole works quickly, however - particularly given the high fee - I expected more.

Excellent and Friendly service
Nicole has helped us sell our family home and buy one smaller. In both transactions the service was efficient and friendly. Nicole held our hands through the inevitable ups and downs of selling and buying property and I cannot recommend her highly enough.
