Having previously work in the firm’s Landlord & Tenant team as a paralegal and trainee solicitor, she gained a wide variety of experience dealing with lease extensions and is able to bring her expertise and experience gained there to her clients when acting on complex leasehold transactions. Nicole studied history at Queen Mary, University of London, and graduated with First Class Honours in 2014. She has also completed the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course both at BPP University Law School.

    Professional and Pragmatic Throughout a Challenging Transaction

    Nicole acted for me on a simultaneous sale and purchase which involved a number of technical complexities, including Building Safety Act queries, lender requirements and time-sensitive matters prior to exchange and completion.
