Spinal Injury
I sustained a life changing Spinal injury following a work accident in May 2021. I am lucky to be alive let alone walking. I was referred to Andy once discharged from hospital and was home recovering. From the very start Andy made me feel at ease with his professionalism, caring, understanding attitude towards a very sensitive situation I was now in. Andy talked me through the process that would now follow after taking on my case. From sorting out a case manager for me to get my rehabilitation started, to helping me with benefit advice and any other legal advice that may arise whilst still being in contact with my now former employers. I cannot stress enough the 110% plus help and support i received throughout my journey. It was not an easy case at times for myself or Andy, but Andy never waivered one minute. We were in constant contact when needed and no decision was made without my consent at any point in the process. This was another reason I have been so happy with Andy and all associated with my case at Higgs, every bump in the road, every hurdle that was encountered we spoke through these and went over all of the information available to us with a a fine comb to make the correct decision at that moment in time. Myself and my family would not have ended up with the result I have, been able to start to move on with my life and get back to some sort of normality if it was not for Andy and all involved at Higgs. I owe them more than i will ever be able to express. If there was more than 5 stars then whatever the maximum rating would be is where I would be rating them. I for one moving forward in life if I ever need or I know of anybody who needs help in this field will make sure they are getting in touch with Andy and Higgs.
