Been using Nelsons since January 2022. Outstanding service throughout, firstly following my dear Mums death Helen Salisbury worked exceptionally hard dealing with the whole estate which took over a year to complete. Amazingly efficient, helpful & friendly throughout!
Secondly, Catherine Griffiths dealt with the Conveyancing throughout the sale process of Mums property & also just completed the purchase of a bungalow for myself. She has also been wonderful, so efficient & helpful & the knowledge both Helen & Catherine provided has been brilliant. Huge thanks to both.
Perhaps not the cheapest of Solicitors but can't fault the service at all, you get what you pay for !

Very efficient conveyancing experience
Used many solicitors for conveyancing however on this occasion the experience was far better. Ms C Griffiths communicated extremely efficiently with us/ and the estate agent . She always called back in very good time and kept us updated on the selling situation this made the sale far smoother and less stressful. Thank you - would use again particularly Ms Griffiths.

Sale and Purchase of Properties
Excellent, considerate and patient service. I had not had any previous experience in property and Catherine said she would walk me through the process, which she most certainly did! Keeping me updated at each step. She made what could have been a difficult time much easier. Thank you.

Very helpful and great service.

Superb solicitors
Catherine and her team were excellent from day one to conclusion. The service on both sale and purchase first class. They were clear, honest and understandable. They always returned e mails and calls and were tenacious at the end to get us to the required date for exchange and completion. Well done

A stressful process made easier!
Catherine Griffiths at Nelson's dealt with the conveyancing on my Mum's property with me.
Catherine communicated with me in calm, compassionate and open manner, explaining each process along the way. She put up with my questioning and insecurity about the whole process, understanding that I was still grieving.
Every member of staff I encountered from Nelson's was efficient, friendly and professional.
