I have never been so disappointed in a service in my whole life. Constant delays for everything and my calls and emails were rudely ignored by my solicitor for most of the conveyancing process. I knew she saw the email because when I called , she knew what I was talking about, but did not even bother to acknowledge it. My solicitor only bothered to respond to my estate agent properly about 4 months into the conveyancing process …shocking! As a first time buyer I had no guidance at all. I felt like the company couldn’t care less about my case. We are paying them for the service but I felt like they acted as though they were doing me a favour. Law and Lawyers frustrated me so much, I had to take stress medication for the first time in my life. Not the way to treat any customers. Whenever you ring the office, you never get put through to your case handler- they are always on lunch break and will ring you back apparently (which usually does not happen, or if you are lucky they ring back a week and a half later and think it’s funny). Overall, awful attitude and no concern or respect for the customers.

We have recently purchased our first home and we used Law and Lawyers as our solicitors. We are extremely pleased about our experience with them . We had this preconception about home conveyancing as a stressful and not easy process but They made our life so much easier. Our case was dealt by Tony , Subitha , Margaret and Pushpa all of them were patient with us and answered all our questions updated us regularly through the app and emails . Also there was always someone who answered our calls . Overall it was an easy experience due to Law and Lawyers
