Sadly had the misfortune of being on the receiving end of this firm in a chain where these guys were acting on the purchase of my house. I second all of the negative comments already received, this firm made the process for everyone else in the chain very frustrating! They rarely respond to emails, calls to get through are via a call centre where you have to wait half an hour to get through. Accessing a case worker is a nightmare and they don’t even respond to their client. We missed one proposed completion date due to these and exchanged very late in the day again due to these despite them being at the very start of the chain. They required chasing for each and every process to get to completion. Estate agents, solicitors and the buyer themselves all had issues getting responses from this team, responses to enquiries had to be sent multiple times and the whole process was drawn out and stressful thanks to these. I would not recommend nor sell a house to someone who would use them, be warned if you are looking at a solicitor for a house purchase/sell! Absolutely appalling!! Unnecessarily difficult, you get what you pay for here.
