Professional and proactive

Purchase of First Home in UK

Excellent service
We were very pleased with the conveyancing service we received from BWB. This process is never quick enough but Natasha chased the vendors solicitors when information was slow coming from them and was very good at explaining things and resolving our queries.

Sale of property
Bates Wells Solicitors was recommended to me by Grace Estate agents while I was planning on selling my property.
Natasha Price was responsible for dealing with the sale.
I cannot thank them enough, the whole process ran smoothly and quickly, the communication throughout has been excellent. Initially I was impressed with the service from Laura in setting up our account and help with queries. This level of service continued when dealing directly with Natasha who had some involved questions to deal with from the purchaser's solicitor. The firm's recording system was new to me and was useful to be able to monitor progress. I believe it could be improved by recording a bit more detail.
