We have previous experience of buying and selling property, but we have never experienced the high quality service provided by Natasha, who progressed our house purchase at a lightning fast pace!

Natasha made the process run smoothly. She was always attentive, always responding quickly to queries and proactively providing us with regular up-to-the-minute updates on progress.

When you find a good one they are stuck with you for life!

My family and I have moved many times over the years and to be honest one of the most stressful parts has always been dealing with solicitors, their lack of accountability, poor communication, not meeting deadlines etc etc.
I can say without question that this last journey of house moving has been so different. Claire had been exceptional with communication, proactive in chasing other parties, continued support and guidance throughout the sale of my parents home. She has gone above and beyond to ensure our sale has been as stress free as possible and it has been appreciated beyond words.
There aren’t many recommendations I make in life but in this instance I would 100% recommend Smith & Co to anyone wanting a first class service. Thank you to the team and especially to Claire for getting us through the sale.

Sale of house in felixstowe

I used Smith and Co solicitors in Felixstowe and was pleased that I did. Both Claire and Jenny were very helpful, approachable and easy to communicate with. They answered my questions promptly and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others. I found being able to go into the office to deliver documents and on occasions speaking directly to Jenny and Claire made the whole process fell more relaxed. Claire in particular gave me confidence that my sale would happen at a time when I struggled to believe we would ever exchange contracts.

My experience with Smith &Co was more than 2 years ago, not sure if things has changed since.
I was not able to get hold of my solicitor at the time, she never replied to my email/call. Had to physically go to their office only to speak to assistant/ other member of staff. They were all very nice when I was there though.
