Excellent service, very professional and a pleasure to deal with.
I want to say thank you to Alexandra and Kitty for all their hard work and determination in dealing with a very difficult solicitor the buyer chose to use. I highly recommend them if you want a hassle free process for buying or selling your property you wont find better. Compared to previous dealings with property sales this was so much more professional and less stressful.

I used Smith & Co as part of my purchase of a properly. Jade was my allocated solicitor, throughout the whole process she was helpful, thorough and polite. Towards the end of the purchase, it was slightly more complex and stressful for all parties involved however Jade navigated this well and supported me to enable the sale of the property to proceed! On the day of exchange and completion, Jade was out of office, however the Team at Smith & Co (Kitty) were really helpful in ensuring this still went ahead smoothly! Thank you so much to the Team! 😊
