Kitty Paul joined Smith & Co after completing a Law degree at Exeter University. She is training to be a solicitor while working alongside experienced and knowledgeable colleagues. By offering day release and on-the-job support, Kitty is able to progress her career alongside her studies. She is part of the Smith & Co Conveyancing team, with a particular focus on supporting clients from exchange to completion. Kitty is well-known for her attention to detail, excellent level of client care and calm manner. Having grown up on a farm in Suffolk, the countryside holds a special place in Kitty’s heart. She has always been a keen athlete, swimming competitively from a young age and also Eventing. She’s a regular gym user and enjoys walking her two black labradors. She also loves baking so is often busy making sweet treats for her family & friends … and office colleagues!

    A fantastic experience from start to finish

    We recently used Jade for the purchase of our new home at Lawford Green and couldn’t have been happier with the service we received. From start to finish, communication was excellent and everything generally progressed much quicker and more smoothly than we had expected. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and every question we had was answered clearly and promptly. At no point did we feel like we were being a nuisance for asking questions or chasing something up, which makes a huge difference during what can be quite a stressful process! Jade and Kitty were both friendly, professional and incredibly helpful throughout, and we always felt like we knew exactly where things stood.
