Outstanding - Can highly recommend Rebecca

As first-time buyers, we were unsure of what to expect, especially after hearing mixed reviews about solicitors from friends. However, Rebecca exceeded our expectations in every way.

She was incredibly patient and took the time to answer all our questions, maintaining a professional yet approachable demeanor throughout.

Rebecca’s communication was excellent; we never felt out of the loop. Even during challenging moments, she was honest and transparent, which reassured us that she was genuinely committed to our best interests and working tirelessly on our behalf.

Overall, Rebecca was a pleasure to work with, and we highly recommend her services. Thank you, Rebecca!

Multiple Errors

Not sure if I ended up with the newly qualified solicitor. Essentially they messed up on two occasions updating an outdated version of a Help to Buy form, which had existing errors causing them to be rejected yet again. Very nearly missed our deadline for completion. Issue only resolved when I complained to a manager.

In there defence they were quite contactable as far as solicitors go. Obviously wouldn’t use them again.
