Kindness and professionalism
18 months ago my cousin passed away which left his elderly Mother “my Aunt” needing my help at a very sad and confusing time for her. In order to deal with this I sort to engage a Solicitor on her behalf. I contacted 3 Solicitors in the West Wickham area before I found what I considered to be the right choice for our case. From the moment Sophie Boxall answered my call at Thackray Williams she made me feel at ease straight away and I knew then that I had found the right person to appoint. In the coming months my relationship with Sophie was very comfortable and reassuring. Her prompt answers to my queries, her kindness and professionalism has been amazing. She is a credit to Thackray Williams and we will always be grateful to Sophie.
