Alsters Kelley were the co-executors of my late parents' estate. From the death of my last surviving parent, Alsters Kelley, under the leadership of Corrine Seabourne has managed the probate application and estate transfers, supported the sale of the property and have provided sound guidance all the way during the completion of the estate. Everything has been handled promptly and professionally, and any query or concern I raised was dealt with immediately - even during the very trying COVID-related issues that we have all had to face. Corrine Seabourne provided a very professional and solid support for all queries, and actually covered all of my questions and possible concerns before I raised any, which was very reassuring. Having Alsters Kelley as the co-executors of the estate and it being handled as professionally as it was, I had no hesitation in asking them to handle the sale of my parents' property. Again, the advice and support of the team appointed to manage the sale was excellent, and I couldn't have asked for more. One of the most challenging parts of buying a property is getting the right legal team in that will push the process forward and keep you well informed, without you having to chase them for updates. We've bought properties in the past and questioned what exactly were we paying the legal team to do, as we had to do all the chasing. Not in this case, Helen and her team were definitely on it! We had a very tight deadline to complete the purchase and Helen was very honest from the outset, iinforming us completion in the timeframe may not be possible, but said she would push hard. Despite the tardy response from the vendors solicitor, Helen and the team were ready to exchange and complete weeks before our deadline. This is by far the least stressful property purchase we have ever made, and can only thank Helen and the rest of her team at Alsters Kelley for their wonderful service.
