Airbnb neighbours from “”
Realising that there was no authority or organisation that could help us with a full house nuisance airbnb adjoining us, we instructed Olivia who specialised in ‘deeds and covenants’ to deal with the matter, knowing that the legal route was the only route! Not only were Olivia and her team professional, tenacious, calm and understanding they gave good advice and support, she was always at the end of a phone or email and was very quick to respond. Olivia recommended Alex our Barrister who was prepared to go above and beyond if needed. Amazing legal service
I cannot recommend Frettens Solicitors enough. They are open and honest to work with. Olivia is very good at her job and did not allow my mother to be pressured or bullied into anything. She made sure she defended her and acted quickly if things were not correct. Thank you so much!

A worthwhile investment
The costs were within estimate, and the itemised breakdown was great in showing the transparency of what had gone into this matter.
Olivia did everything she said she would, and her work appears* to have saved me £20,000 and a lot of stress! (*not heard anything back from the other side now for a while, as I expect they have nothing to answer with) - a very worthwhile investment.
Your blogs are a great idea as it was how I found out about you/Olivia, and it meant I felt at ease from the very first conversation as you'd written about an area my specific dispute concerned.
