Joanna Smith
Joanna Smith in the Bideford office carried out the conveyancing on our sale and complex rural purchase with efficiency and pragmatism. She always took the time to keep us updated and always seemed to be one step ahead of the rest of the chain. She was contactable, approachable and nothing was too much trouble. I would certainly recommend.

sale of property
The sale of the property went smoothly until the very end when the funds were delayed from the end of the chain which was worrying. However it was resolved and completion went ahead on the correct date

Sale of house in Plymouth
We wanted to complete the sale before the end of the tax year so that we did not lose our Capital gains Tax allowances for that year. Joanna Smith impressed us with great commitment and long hours to achieve our aim. She was responsive and clear in her advice.

First Class Service
This is the second time we have used the firm and on this occasion Joanna Smith handled the sale of our property and I can’t fault the service.
