A client
Dealing with Daniel for our first house purchase was smooth sailing. He was prompt to ask what he needed from us in order to complete all the searches. As first time buyers it's a new and confusing process but Daniel explained things very clearly so that we were fully informed with how to proceed. We were at risk of the sale going to probate, and therefore needed to exchange and complete much sooner than anticipated. Daniel pulled out all the stops, and despite the multiple May bank holidays, somehow managed to get our mortgage lender to send over the funds with a days notice and we were home owners! Very grateful for Daniels help from Scott Bailey and will definitely use them again if/when we decide to move.
