To Victoria and James and the Worlds Best Conveyancing Team, Thank you for all your help selling my uncles house, It was kind of a nightmare with the buyers solicitors and I'm grateful for all you did.
Conveyancing department at Scott Bailey were professionally outstanding, our main contact was James Burford. Communication with the whole Team was seamless. We carried through three different property transactions over a period of 6 months (each stressful and needing to address many outside considerations/hurdles). Any queries or progress updates were answered within 24 hours, each of the team were able to continue the process even when James was on another call, dealing with other matters or away from the office. The team were proactive and confident to legally think ‘outside the box’ in order to reach a satisfactory solution and completion for all parties. James Burford. The most unsolicatory solicitor I have ever had the pleasure to meet. And I’m an estate agent ! No pretension down to earth and genuinely lovely human being ! As a first-time buyer, the whole process can be daunting, and you can very easily feel overwhelmed by the amount of moving parts. Thanks to James's great advice and reassurance throughout the process, my partner and I have managed to buy our first property with minimal stress and no hold-ups. I recently used Scott Bailey for a house purchase. James and Victoria were incredibly responsive to all communications, all emails were replied to within hours (most were replied to in under an hour). On the day before completion our solicitor correctly anticipated a stamp duty cut and made us both aware, a nice touch I felt. From beginning to end the process took 7 weeks. I will certainly be using these in the future.
