Buying our next house
We appointed Fiona Bruce to carry out the conveyancing for our house sale and purchase. Rachael and her Team handled everything between the solicitors & Estate Agents and kept us informed thro'out. We had to provide information, which FB sent out as required. We found the process to be surprisingly stress free (considering the nature of the work involved) & we believe this is because Fiona Bruce & Co were thoroughly professional from the start to the completion. We would highly recommend the Team to anyone needing conveyancing for a sale/ purchase.

Professional, Patient, Persevered
It can be a challenge supporting a Mum with dementia and it certainly helps to have understanding and reliable legal help. Fiona Bruce & Co helped me, my brother and sister through the ‘Power of Attorney’ process and then acted on our behalf to sell Mums property. They are a really good team of people with a wide range of expertise and experience. It helps they are genuinely understanding of our situation, friendly and supportive - much more than just providing legal support! Excellent service
I asked Fiona Bruce to act on my behalf selling my house and purchasing my bungalow. They provided a comprehensive, helpful and efficient service.
