I felt comfortable communicating with Sulaiman as he conveyed that nothing was a problem, it can be done.
least professional personnel i ever met. after waiting for 15mins i was greet with a person wearing shorts to witness my signature on my intended marriage form. i was charged 2 times on 2 signatures, which was not specified before, and supposed to be £165 for the quoted document. i was left with the personal comment of "i hope it last for your marriage" from the staff. poor service, bad attitude, unprofessional staff that now i need to pay £100 more to get another notary public to witness the page that is relevant but refused to be witnessed by the personnel.

I needed documents notarized to send abroad. I was new to the Manchester area so had to choose from initial telephone enquiry. The downstairs office staff greeted me and arranged for me to be taken to Nathan and his team. Nathan explained the procedure overall and step by step - he was calm and professional and reassuring which helped me to relax. I was short of time so I was relieved that I didn’t have to wait - communication was easy, legal jargon was explained/ clarified… I was also grateful for directions to the nearest office to post the documents. Thank you
