I needed documents notarized to send abroad. I was new to the Manchester area so had to choose from initial telephone enquiry. The downstairs office staff greeted me and arranged for me to be taken to Nathan and his team.
Nathan explained the procedure overall and step by step - he was calm and professional and reassuring which helped me to relax.
I was short of time so I was relieved that I didn’t have to wait - communication was easy, legal jargon was explained/ clarified…
I was also grateful for directions to the nearest office to post the documents. Thank you

I contacted Woodcock Law while attempting to work thru the forms and requirements to relocate from the US to the UK in order to join my spouse and her family as I have no living family in the US. I have just finished an advisory phone call with Woodcock Law & Notary Public in regards to a complex situation. The lady on the phone clearly didnt know how to support, as she kept putting me on hold (without telling me first she was putting me on hold. I wondered initially if she had just hung up on me). Unfortunately, she took me off hold a little too early, in which I heard one of her colleagues saying in the background saying ‘she’s just not understanding this’. Quite rightly, I don’t understand the situation, given that I was calling for advice. And quite clearly, the lady on the phone had little to no knowledge, or wouldn’t have had to keep putting me on hold. This is extremely rude. I expected a much better service.
