I have just finished an advisory phone call with Woodcock Law & Notary Public in regards to a complex situation. The lady on the phone clearly didnt know how to support, as she kept putting me on hold (without telling me first she was putting me on hold. I wondered initially if she had just hung up on me). Unfortunately, she took me off hold a little too early, in which I heard one of her colleagues saying in the background saying ‘she’s just not understanding this’. Quite rightly, I don’t understand the situation, given that I was calling for advice. And quite clearly, the lady on the phone had little to no knowledge, or wouldn’t have had to keep putting me on hold. This is extremely rude. I expected a much better service.
