I was referred to Arkwrights after receiving an eviction notice for the home I had lived in for 12 years. It was a very worrying time for myself and children however, Mark Swann, who handled my case was amazing. He made me worry less, was kind and so knowledgeable in his work. Mark also always had mine and my children’s best interests in everything he did. He also got us a great result through his hard work. We can never thank you enough. Thank you Mark!!!!

I am very impressed with this company. They helped me with issues regarding my Private Landlord. My Landlord and his solicitor were not the easiest to deal with but Andrew Perera and Mark Swann were not ones to take any nonsense. The case went on for over 2 years and though it was a difficult time due to covid 19 they were very professional and so helpful. All the time throughout the case they were prompt and went above and beyond their duties to help me sort things out. I have nothing but praise for all the staff as they helped me with things that I did not understand. I highly recommend Awkrights as they were able to overcome any difficulties that the opposition threw at them. I am so glad I chose this company.

I was recommended ARK rights by a friend. I was assigned with solicitor Mark Swan who was not only doing his absolute best to help me and my son in my housing situation, he was empathetic, kind, compassionate, professional and he knows his job well. I felt like I could speak to him about my situation without the shame and he really listened. My name is Kyle and, arkrights have been helping me on and off for around 8years, I am most likely one of thier people that are like family, almost an annoying brother.. They know what they do, and they roeally do it well.. They ask what you need done and make sure its what uv choosen.. I am really lucky, because every case they have ever fought for me, THEY HAVE WON, not because they cheat, because they care about people and their work.. I'm a single dad who's lives In watford with two children, Lucy is an Amazing solicitor, Mandeep, Mark ... Even when things where tough, they never gave up and I can be a real Jerk, hard to get on with..they opened thier arms, gave everything.. I was going to LOSE MY Home, where my children and I live, but they listen and get instruction, but by gosh they go far but further than, above and beyond..
