Sanche was the only reason I remained sane through my sale and purchase. We had a very complicated sale with a very poor solicitor that my buyer chose, through no fault of Sanche it took 8 months to complete. Sanche rang me weekly to keep me in the loop, he made me feel so Knowledgable on it all explaining it to me. He remained professional through difficult communications with the buyers solicitors, and kept his cool even when I felt like loosing mine. I honestly do not think I would have got through it without him and it was the best experience I’ve ever had with a solicitor (even with the horrendous ordeal we both went through with the solicitor on the other side) Thankyou so much sanche for your guidance and support throughout, I would recommend Nelson’s and specifically Sanche to anyone!

I was going through a difficult divorce and time precious for my home transfer with my ex husband being obstructive and volatile. Sanche did his best to help me as much as he could to take the strain off and meet the deadlines. Very poor experience at the start with the first solicitor assigned to our file, to the point we were looking to go elsewhere, we received little to no communication, poor response times if any at all.. We were then contacted by Sanche Tutter from the conveyance team (thankfully the first solicitor had gone on annual leave and Sanche had been passed our file) from there onwards the service was absolutely faultless, great communication throughout, always kept in contact & kept us up to date with every little detail even whilst Sanche was ill he was contacting us from home and keeping us informed with what was happening with our property purchase, We had some dealings with other members of staff in-between and unfortunately the experience was as poor as the first solicitor assigned but for Sanche’s service alone we will be leaving a 5 star review.
