I cannot thank you all enough for your support of my son Oliver. As a mother I cannot express the pain seeing your child in this situation, but you all took so much trouble to explore and understand neurodivergence, the facts of the incident and were so tenacious in all your support of him. He is so grateful to you all, for how you really advocated for him throughout. He can manage and now work towards the end date, which you all worked so hard to make minimal. Thank you again, in very difficult circumstances, for being such empathic and amazing professionals. I cannot express how grateful I am to you and all your team, for the support and empathy you showed my son. You went above and beyond in your professional capacity to understand and tailor support regarding neurodivergence and the unique impact on circumstances. From the very beginning we were supported with transparency, open communication, and your level of commitment to my son was amazing. Thank YOU, supported by your team, for your support and enabling such a positive outcome, in very difficult circumstances, that we can all appreciate, especially my son. This whole situation was devastating for us, but we were so blessed to have been guided and supported by you, and I cannot thank you enough for all your efforts, and giving my son and I, positive views and hope for the future.
