I cannot recommend Billy highly enough. I came to him at a very stressful time, with a tenant who had built up significant rent arrears, and from the very beginning he was incredibly efficient, professional and reassuring. Billy explained everything clearly and made sure the correct notices were issued. He guided me through the whole process and took away so much of the stress and worry. I always felt that I was in safe and capable hands. Billy also has a great team around him, who were equally helpful and efficient, making the whole experience feel well managed from start to finish.
