House purchase
As usual, buying a house threw up some unique and unexpected challenges and issues; from the first, having Adam mediating it all, making suggestions, keeping us updated, was indispensable and such a comfort. A very fine lawyer, but especially helpful to find him such a down to earth and friendly human being!

Helpful, Supportive & Trustworthy
I recently appointed Adam to support me through the conveyancing stage of a property purchase which had some technicalities around rent charges, easements and a few other things and he was supportive throughout.
His communication was good, he was always happy to explain things in Lehman’s terms on some of the technical aspects and even saved me some money (without asking) when it came to arranging the indemnity policies and additional fees from the opposing solicitors.
He has been excellent value for money and as such will be using Adam for my upcoming projects this year.

Just fab
Louise dealt with our mums will and all the probate - she was just fantastic in everything she did - her communication was outstanding and nothing was any trouble to her - at such an emotional time she was just amazing

Adam dealt with the sale of two houses for us following the passing of our mum.
Everything was dealt with efficiently, communication was excellent throughout which to us was so important - when you are grieving and often have days where your thoughts/ feelings are all over the place just to know someone understood this was so important.

Absolutely fantastic

Fantastic professional service
Adam was clear, professional and efficient from start to finish. He took into account that this was my first time buying and explained everything clearly and professionally. Adam offered a reliable service and was always at the end of the phone. He worked efficiently and nothing was ever too much trouble. His communication was always clear and he was honest throughout. He offered wise advice and had really strong legal knowledge. Adam was always friendly, patient and I felt as though I could trust him.
