Kim supported me through my second experience of family court. The circumstances were difficult, stressful and confusing. Kim was supportive and clear at all times, and very focused, which helped when I was struggling with paperwork and requirements that I didn't fully understand. Kim, there are not enough thank you's to say that would show my gratitude for the successful outcome of my child arrangements matter. From the first day we met at the firm I felt believed, understood and heard. I appreciate that Kim took all aspects into consideration even down to the manner in which I attended court due to me having an infant. A memory throughout this process that made a lasting impression, was the genuine excitement, care and adoration that Kim always displayed toward my child. During my emotional periods, Kim was empathetic but also ensured that I was clear on the facts which gave a great balamce. The advice given and the aspects Sarah presented infront of the judge led to the successful outcome. Sarah also made me feel quite comfortable and at ease.
