We often hear negative stories regarding solicitors in house moves so when asked for recommendations and Gavin was recommended by various friends we just had to go with him. He was a true professional from start to finish, he made our moving house journey so smooth and we are so grateful for him. He was an absolute gentleman, super contactable and efficient with all enquiries, updating us on every stage. As a novice, he helped coach us through the move and we would certainly recommend him to all! Thanks Gavin for being so fabulous. We will definitely be returning on our next move!

I honestly can't praise Farleys highly enough for the service we have received which has been exceptional throughout. I turned to them for advice during an already very long and difficult house sale for elderly parents involving power of attorney and probate, having received a poor, unresponsive service and incorrect advice from the solicitors we were with initially. The decision to switch to Farleys was a very easy one to make as Gavin Hall was approachable, knowledgeable and understanding from the first contact. It has always been easy to get through and all agreed actions carried out straight away. At a difficult and stressful time for our family Gavin's support in resolving the house sale so quickly, efficiently and sensitively has been a huge help and we are genuinely grateful.

Gavin Hall acted for my parents with the sale of their property / purchase of their new property. With my parents being elderly this could have been quite a stressful time for them but Gavin made the whole process stress free and he was really calm and patient with them and overall was very helpful and informative. Incredibly happy with the service we received and would recommend.
