    Contract dispute

    Having had a happy working relationship with this client for 16 years a new business director appeared and without discussion decided we had overcharged our fees over the years. The business owner was happy and sent many thanks for our service and advice notes to us. The relationship soured very quickly and without further discussion our services were immediately stopped by the clients solicitors with the client refusing to pay our outstanding fees and counter claiming a six figure number on the overcharging, utterly ridiculous but I had to defend myself and protect my business. Warners pushed back against the clients claims most of which were made up. We had what I would consider a good result with no money passing hands and an NDA in place to cover off the gossip in a small business market.

    Will Dispute

    Warners have been our family solcitors for some time. Following the death of a relative there was a last minute claim on the estate. Lisa Waghorne acted swiftly and was extremely professional putting my mind at ease right from the start of a difficult time. The claim was withdrawn and I can't thank Lisa enough for all her help and hard work. Nicola her legal secretary gave regular updates and communication could not be faulted. I would not hesitate to use Lisa Waghorne again in the future. Highly recommended!.

    Family Member Challenges Our Mother's Will

    I had to call on Warner's (Tonbridge) help dealing with a dispute between a family member and myself, concerning my mother's Will. It could have ended very messily, but the professionalism and experience of Lisa, a Warner's Litigation Solicitor, resulted in the family member withdrawing their challenge. It was an extremely difficult time for me, which was luckily resolved in a timely manner. I cannot praise Lisa, and her Secretary Nicola enough for their help in my hour of need.

    Excellent Service in Handling a Contentious Will

    Lisa helped me handle an extremely complex and contentious will. Lisa gave clear, detailed and comprehensive responses, and was happy to have periodic phonecalls to discuss items complex or more nuanced scernarios. Lisa provided clarity over pricing structure, and was practical with regards managing her approach versus potential costs. Needless to say her approach proved extremely effective in resolving what proved to be an ever-changing series of events. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lisa for anyone looking for assistance with similar scenario.
