I approached Warners in Tonbridge to supply me a complex Will. I chose Warners as I had used them in 2019 to help me buy a home and found them very professional. Again they provided me with informed advice and suggestions, this time to supply me with a Will suitable for resolving my complex issues. The Will was not cheap, but Kate Barker explained the charges initially and gave an estimated range of the likely charges I would incur. My Will now includes a trust to come into force. If you want a Will that costs very little you probably should look elsewhere, unless it is very simple. The final costs fell within the range Kate Barker advised at the outset, and which I agreed to. I enjoyed discussing the options and accepting advice from Kate Barker and Warners, supported by Kelly with her admin skills.

Charles was amazing! He talked to me at my level, explaining clearly legal terminology, next steps and recommendations when necessary. I used to look forward to meeting with him, because I was not in a good place he gave me hope. He always made things make sense and never made promises; it was just honesty the whole way in an attempt to get a fair resolution. It was never an effort to extend the work to get more business. If I could ever recommend someone to have in your corner during the darkest times of your divorce it would be Charles. A really great guy.

Enquired about services and was told I would be called back that afternoon…still nothing four days later. If they can’t respond to a simple request, how good will they be managing legal affairs?
