Excellent service

I would just like to say a big Thankyou to Faranha for all the work she put in to help with my property purchase. Although stressful at time she kept me updated regularly and was very prompt with replies to any questions I had.
Due to family bereavements my experience of solicitors has not been good but Faranha has restored my faith. Will definitely be recommending
Once again Thankyou Faranha

I was advised by Ms Aneesha Dhami on the preparation of my revised Will in May 2025. I found Ms Dhami totally professional, knowledgeable, approachable and a friendly person. Would thoroughly recommend her services.

Sale of Property

After the death of my father, Warners Law undertook the conveyancing for the sale of his property. This was carried out by Georgia who was extremely efficient and kept up to date throughout the process. I cannot thank her enough.
The whole process, from agreeing the sale price to completion was seven weeks.
Cannot thank Warners and Georgia enough. Thank you.

Property sale

Selling our property was an absolute pleasure. Suzanne and Carole’s professionalism and hard-work was outstanding. Always so helpful. I have sold and bought previously and just wished I’d found Warners years ago. I would definitely recommend Suzanne and Carole to help with your property needs.

Exemplary 'urgent' Will service

My husband, having been diagnosed with a rapid moving terminal cancer, wanted to make a new Will but due to an adverse reaction to his treatment, was admitted to hospital, then to a care home for rehab. We contacted Warners who were already acting for my husband on another matter, and were introduced to Gail Hall, who came to the care home to meet and speak with him and draw up a draft Will. She was excellent at ensuring my husband knew exactly what he wanted and made the whole process very easy for him. Once he was home, she visited us there with the final document for approval and signature. Throughout the whole process she kept us informed and was both efficient and delightful. She was excellent at steering my husband and me through some emotional conversations at a difficult time. The whole process was conducted with compassion and gentle humour. We are both very grateful to have received Gail's expertise.

Advice on updating a will and the arranging of bare trust deeds

Richard was friendly, prompt and clear in his communications and gave us very helpful advice regarding the updating of our Letters of Wishes for our Wills. He examined paperwork associated with existing bare trusts and made recommendations for the writing of deeds and for the appointment of an additional trustee. In what follows "tenacious" was not itemised as there was never any need for tenacity.

I instructed Warners on 15th January to purchase a property and completed on 14th March and none of that would have been possible without Georgia.

Georgia acted swiftly to every request, was proactive, always available to speak on the phone and was very professional. I am a first time buyer, however, my estate agent who deals with conveyancers on a daily basis commented on how proactive and how good Georgia has been.

I will definitely use Georgia in the future and couldn’t recommend her enough.

I have used Warners a few years ago for a commercial contract dispute and the solicitor then was quite responsive. Attempted to get some advice only for a Wills and Probate matter and have been told to go elsewhere. Don't waste your time - use a firm that actually cares about existing clients...

Used them for a family financial matter, absolutely useless. I used CS for my case and she got as bullied as I did before my using a solicitor. The only time i saw any fire in this firm was if i was late paying their extortionate charges, I think the money they took off me and the little they did is shameful…..

It’s taken this firm seven years ( that’s nearly a decade!) to sort out my late fathers estate! They still haven’t finished dealing with it.
