Richard advises Executors on the administration of estates and helps them to fulfil their duties to the beneficiaries of the estate and to H.M. Revenue & Customs. Richard also advises on how an estate can be restructured for inheritance tax planning purposes and provides assistance with capital gains tax planning during the administration period. Richard helps clients to structure their affairs by advising on the preparation of their Wills to ensure that their wishes are implemented in a tax-efficient manner on death.     Advice on updating a will and the arranging of bare trust deeds

    Richard was friendly, prompt and clear in his communications and gave us very helpful advice regarding the updating of our Letters of Wishes for our Wills. He examined paperwork associated with existing bare trusts and made recommendations for the writing of deeds and for the appointment of an additional trustee. In what follows "tenacious" was not itemised as there was never any need for tenacity.

    Costly for the service I received

    The process was not explained properly in the beginning resulting in it taking a lot longer than necessary and therefore costing more than was needed

    I have recently been dealing with Richard Theobald and Sarah Fitz-Gibbon and their corresponding teams. Richard helped finalise an Estate following a close family members death and Sarah assisted with the conveyancing on a property sale.
