We were represented by Farhana Chaudhary of Warners Law LLP Sevenoaks office, on a house purchase.
We found Farhana to be very efficient in the detail of the work conduced on our behalf, and a very good communicator. All of our requests were acknowledged and we were provided with timeframes that were adhered to. Different aspects of the process were explained and the appropriate advice or options given.
Farhana was very easy and polite to deal with and the whole purchase was conducted in a reasonable time. We were delayed by the sellers inadequate responses to questions at one stage, and Farhana acted to achieve our requests. The rest of the process was relatively calm with no drama, which was a relief and reflected on Farhana's overall approach.
We asked for recommendations before we chose a solicitor and there were not many positive experiences within the property market. Overall, we were very impressed by Farhana and Warners, found the service to be good value, and highly recommend both.

Farhana acted for us in the purchase of a freehold flat in London.
As we all know property purchase in the UK can be a somewhat fraught, stressful and unpleasant experience; our experience with Warners and Farhana was the very opposite. Fantastic Service
Farhana at Warners Solicitors gave an excellent service when we sold our home and purchased our new bungalow. Any questions were answered promptly and our sale/purchase went through extremely quickly in t what we knew were difficult times for selling houses. I would recommend Farhana to anyone who is in the process of selling their property.

Selling our flat quickly and calmly
