Samantha read Law at Sidney Sussex College, Cambridge, subsequently qualifying as a solicitor in 1999. She joined Warners in 2011. Samantha deals with all aspects of Trusts, advising on the taxation implications and other issues in setting these up, and interpreting existing Trusts. She has extensive experience in the ongoing administration of Trusts, including those holding significant assets, including property portfolios and agricultural land. Samantha administers complex Estates, particularly those subject to Inheritance Tax and involving agricultural and/or business property. Samantha has extensive experience in drafting Wills of all types, advising on IHT issues, mitigation of IHT and lifetime planning where relevant. She also advises on, and prepares, Lasting Powers of Attorney.
