Jane advises on all residential property matters including purchases and sales, remortgages, equity releases and transfers of equity. Jane joined Warners in 2005 and was promoted to team leader in 2009 and became a partner in 2012. Before joining Warners Jane worked at Russell Cooke specialising in Charity Property law.

I can’t speak highly enough of Jane, Sam and Ruby in the property department. They were super efficient but always had time to explain matters in a way that was easily understandable. They were efficient in the way they dealt with all issues. I would not hesitate to recommend them .

Jane Bohill and her team at Warners have been absolutely brilliant with my elderly mother's move. Jane Bohill and Dawn Jaguers gave a first class service in my recent house sale and purchase.Prompt responses, clear explanations of the law and conveyancing process.Sharp and knowledgeable, giving sensible wise counsel. Seemless transfer of support when Jane was away by Dawn.
