It was a pleasurable experience for something that can be quite stressful. Very friendly and approachable at all times. Kept fully informed and the amount of useful information passed on to me was astounding, I know now why you need legal representation when purchasing a house, the amount of checks that were performed for my protection were staggering. All I can say if thank you all for your hard work.

I used Martin Tolhurst to sell my property. Sherrie was my conveyancer and she was excellent. She has been absolutely fantastic and kept me up to date the whole time, even though the buyers solicitors were slow it didn’t stop them chasing regularly for me. I have dealt with many solicitors before and highly recommend Martin Tolhurst. Will be using them for my next purchase. Thank you!

The service I received from Craig Tanner and the staff of Elite Law Solicitors was nothing short of outstanding. It was a very difficult process with the various problems that were encountered along the way. It was all handled extremely efficiently by Craig. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in engaging Craig to handle the conveyancing of any future property transactions.

Myself and my partner used this firm last year to buy our first property, our conveyancing Solicitor was Louise Hyland, and we couldn't be happier with the service we received. This was our first property purchase and she was so patient and helpful talking us through all of the steps and answering all of our questions. She kept us regularly updated and made us aware of any delays and/or changes as they arose. There were delays caused by the sellers solicitors which she dealt with quickly to ensure we were able to move before Christmas. Louise and her team were excellent and the service was excellent from start to finish, I will certainly use Judge and Priestley again.
