Fantastic experience buying and selling a property. Our solicitor was Tom Bexhill and he and his team were brilliant through the entire process. A big thank you to the amazing legal secretary - Ameera who went above and beyond. Also Jodie who supported the completion - In the entire selling and purchasing process using Martin Tolhurst was the easiest and best decision we made. They were not the cheapest out there, but in this business you get what you pay for and that was clear with how poor the other solicitors and estate agents in our chain were. Martin Tolhurst was recommended by estate agents, the advantages of local solicitors was ultimately to play a crucial aspect as documents required signing urgently and returned hard signed. All communications were clear accurate and we were constantly informed. When situation slowed due to lack of professionalism on behalf of another chain member, Cathy and Becky remained committed to acting on our behalf, even when situation and dates passed without action. My greatest advice, choose a local conveyancing company, it definitely paid off with us when documents required urgent signing and returning. The old saying you get what you paid for, choose your conveyancer carefully, if in Medway Martin Tolhurst should be your number 1 call.

We used martin tolhurst solicitors for the sale of our flat Samantha Newton dealt with the sale We found the the process challenging But Samantha and Maxine her secretary helped us through it They were always there to talk our call and Maxine had plenty of them and helped us through it all Would recommend them

From early contact, through to the final exchange and completion we have nothing but praise for the conveyancing team of Cathy and Becky at Martin Tolhurst Solicitors. The process was slowed due to lack of professionalism on behalf of another solicitor. Cathy and Becky kept us informed and pushed our buyer and his solicitor to the point of officially complaining, whereby exchange and completion took place in 48 hrs. Great service and thoroughly recommended. Additionally I would think twice of selecting conveyancers a great distance away. We had documents that were received, printed and hand delivered back in 2 hours.
